Story: This is a story that depictchs how a Gambian farmer grows Rare fruits in his backyard and at his farm in Banyaka as The Gambia is not known for its fruit diversity, as many factors such as climate change, erratic rainfall, soil degradation and the misconception that some fruits cannot grow in the country making it difficult for farmers to cultivate a varieties of fruits. However, the farmer, has overcome these challenges and pursued his passion for growing exotic fruits in his house and Farm yard.
